RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved crafting it for you. Note the following scenarios should you want to exchange your purchase.
Incorrect Size:
At Bodhi Tree, we craft your garments with the utmost attention to detail and ensure your piece is made to size. We want your custom-made orders to feel like heirlooms that can be treasured and loved through time.
Should you feel you aren't happy with the fitting of your order, we’d be happy to alter or exchange your order for a new one. Do reach out to Team Bodhi Tree via email or WhatsApp and let us know how we can alter or improve the fit of your garment.
Quality Expectations:
The beauty of hand-woven and hand-crafted fabric ties with the spontaneity and unevenness with which the patterns are created.
Our garments are not made in a factory but born of loving hands. What some mistake for irregularities is the individual handiwork of a weaver or an artisan. His or her signature. Yours to keep and cherish for years to come.
Should you receive a product that isn't meeting your expectation due to damage of any kind, we’d be happy to look into it and provide you with a new piece. We will notify you upon receiving your returned purchase via email or WhatsApp. Please do so within 48 hours of receiving your order.
A quality check will be conducted on our end to ascertain damage of any kind. Should there be a defect or damage from our end, we’d provide you with a new piece within 2-3 weeks.
CANCELLATION
At Bodhi Tree, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Our pieces are custom-made to your size, especially for you.
Cancellation requests have a timeline of 24 hours once your order has been placed. Once a cancellation has been confirmed from both ends, a credit note will be generated for you. This can later be redeemed within 45 days for any garment that matches the amount of the cancelled order.
